Guarantee
Our guarantee is live arrival as long as someone is present to accept the package the first time it is delivered. We are not liable for any carrier related issues (i.e. severe weather delays, carrier accidents etc….). If someone is not home at the first attempt at delivery, all guarantees are void. We work hard to make sure that each and every one of our customers is 100% satisfied. If there are any problems, I must be contacted immediately, take pictures for your own reference. I am sure we will be able to work it out.
Shipping:
We ship exclusively through UPS Over Night. I have had great success with them in the past. Shipping usually runs anywhere $45-$55. You can send me your zip code and I can give you an accurate quote on shipping. I only ship Monday – Wednesday.
Payments:
I do accept pay pal, money orders and personal checks. On ALL checks it MUST clear BEFORE I will ship. I will hold animals for a short period with a 10% non-refundable deposit. Once the deposit has been made I will hold the animal(s) for 4 weeks, more time for large purchases. Once final payment is made the animal(s) will be ship the next available day.
